Group Counselling

Group counselling has been shown to have many benefits in comparison to individual counselling. As opposed to individual counselling, the advantage of group counselling is that it gives the participators a sense of belonging, offers peer support, and allows the participators to learn not only from their own experience but also from the experience of others. For these reasons, the benefits of group cancelling often outweigh the benefits of individual counselling.
